How long does it take my parcel to arrive?

Ready to ship items?

You can expect the items to be arrived  in about 1~2 weeks.

Custom/special orders:

Custom items tend to be shipped within 3-4 weeks after an order is placed. Ceramics need time to dry and sometimes they dry slower than desired. We'll keep you updated on the progress of your pieces.

Can I pick up my order in person?

If you live locally and would prefer to come pick up your order instead of having it shipped to you, please use code: LOCAL at checkout to remove the shipping cost.

What is the damaged goods policy? / How do I report a damaged good?

Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date for a refund to be issued.

A photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging with all labels visible is required to be sent to Sophiaclayart (Email to artso830@gmail.com)

Damages outside of the 2 day limit will not be refunded as time sensitive insurance claims will interfere.

Refund or exchange of product will be discussed on a case to case basis.

 

How do I care for item?

All items are food safe. Although all Sophiaclayart pieces are considered every-day objects, they are functional art-objects and some pieces require special care.

How often do you update your shop?

Sophiaclayart continuously to keep up with new products, regular shop restocking, and customer requests. We tend to update the shop twice a month with multiples of items ranging from popular product restocks to smaller updates of new designs. 

 

Can I choose my preferred pots from your stock?

While we understand the desire for handmade work to be personally selected, as an online store it isn’t feasible to go through each and every order in this way. We take care in how we select and pair items for your home and will provide you with the most complementary items to the best of our ability. • Each piece is unique handmade ( one of a kind ), bearing the same colors and similarities, with differences in applications of slip (glaze) and slight variations in size. 

• All food-centric items are food safe.

• Most* items are dishwasher and microwave friendly.
